After receiving the shipping confirmation, the delivery time within Austria is usually 1 - 3 working days.
International:
For international shipping, delivery times can vary greatly depending on the volume of packages. As a guideline, approx. 3-9 business days
Returns
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the merchandise.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
A return is only possible if the merchandise is:

complete
returned to us in its original packaging (if available).
Items that show signs of use, stains (e.g., dog hair), or damage may be excluded from a refund or only partially refunded.
