Felever & Paways dog accessories are made for everyday use. However, please be aware that no dog accessory is indestructible.

Material

We will not replace purchased products in the following cases:

  • Abrasion from normal use
  • Damage caused by misuse
  • Damage caused by the dog (aggressive behavior, strong pulling, etc.)
  • Damage caused by improper storage
  • Damage caused by incorrect care (see care instructions)
  • Wrong bought sizes

We will only replace products that are proven to have manufacturing defects.

Print colors and pattern cut may vary slightly from product to product. This is due to the different materials and method of manufacture.
